Iretimipo is passionate about helping founders go from zero to one. She has nearly a decad experience founding, advising, and enabling businesses. She is a partner at Kaleo Ventures Alpha Gaps, both early-stage venture capital firms. Previously, she led Founder Support at Future Africa, where she also spearheaded the organization's venture-building program.

As an advisor, Iretimipo has consulted for businesses across various industries, with a parti focus on startups in their first 3-5 years. As a founder, she launched two bootstrapped start in the food industry, Gingerbox and Mealimter, as well as a social enterprise in education, Sycamore Africa.

Iretimipo began her career at Arla Foods in Denmark, where she played a key role in reshap the company's Sub-Saharan Africa strategy, serving as a bridge between the strategic innovation center (ASIC) and business divisions.

Beyond her startup interests, Iretimipo is passionate about clean entertainment and recently founded EverHill Productions, which invests in faith-inspired films.
