Dr Ada Peters
Director, The Centre of Learning Resources, Covenant University
Ada Peter is a woman helped by God and, at one time, a university chaplain at Covenant University. She is a Digital Infrastructure and International Security Professor and the 2022 Global Visiting Professor at Paris School of International Affairs (PSIA) Sciences Po, Paris, where she was invited to work for the European Space Agency.
Reputable publishers, including Cambridge University Press, SpringerNature, Elsevier, and Palgrave, have published her academic writings.
The US State Department recognizes Dr. Peter as a Tech woman and SUSI scholar for US National Security and Policymaking.
She is currently the Director of the Center for Learning Resources Director at Covenant University. An administrative role where she leads several digital transformations, including the RCAABUT and the COLRIS projects, both learning resource information management systems focused on improving teaching, learning, and research outcomes.
In a previous administrative role as Director of the International Office, she led and accelerated seamless and successful relationships between international institutions like COURSERA, MIT, MITx, African Development Bank, UNESCO, and Covenant.
She co-founded Ribara, an innovative education and employability social media platform that helps university students track, assess, and improve their employability.
Dr. Peter, a mother and a wife, holds both Covenant and Harvard Degrees, sits on several university boards, and is recognized as one of the Humans of MIT JWEL, an MIT recognition for international education innovators.
