Elaine Tai is a senior manager at Microsoft, where she helps oversee the 3rd party display advertising business via strategy and analytics. She serves on Microsoft’s Give Committee and is actively involved with Microsoft’s start-up engagements in NYC.
Prior to Microsoft, Elaine worked at a SF-based start-up (acquired by Microsoft), advising premium online publishers on media revenue management.
Previous to online media, Elaine worked at BearingPoint in New York and other boutique consulting firms, partnering with clients in both private and public sectors.
Elaine received her BS and MS in Operations Research from Columbia University.
She serves on the social investment council of Echoing Green, a non-profit that supports social entrepreneurs with ideas for social change and is a violinist at the New Amsterdam Symphony Orchestra, a community orchestra based in NYC.
